Privacy Policy — Inevitable Research Content Automation

This Privacy Policy describes how Inevitable Research ("we," "us") accesses and uses Google user data through this application's integration with the YouTube Data API.

Who we are

Inevitable Research operates an automated content publishing system for its own original video content, including the "Faith with Theo" channel and other properties we create and own, across platforms including YouTube.

What Google user data we access

This application requests exactly one Google API scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. This scope is used solely to upload pre-produced video files to YouTube channels that Inevitable Research owns and operates. We do not request or access any other Google account data — no email content, contacts, files, calendar, location, or any data unrelated to YouTube video uploads.

How we use this access

• Used exclusively to programmatically upload finished video content (title, description, and video file) to our own YouTube channels.
• We do not read, analyze, or export viewer data, comments, analytics, or any other channel data beyond what is required to complete an upload.
• We do not use this access on behalf of, or to act as, any third party, or any YouTube channel we do not own or operate ourselves.

How we store and protect this access

• The OAuth refresh token granted through this access is stored as a secured environment variable on our own infrastructure and is never shared with third parties.
• Access can be revoked at any time by the channel owner via Google Account permissions.

Data retention

We retain the OAuth token only for as long as the associated channel remains active in our publishing system. If a channel is discontinued, its associated token is deleted.

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or disclose any Google user data obtained through this integration to any third party.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date above.
